Yahoo! partners Majalah Tech in Malaysia

• To bring expert content on technology to Malay-language audiences
• Drive additional traffic to Yahoo! and increase brand awareness for Majalah Tech

SUNNYVALE, California-based Yahoo! Inc and Malaysia’s leading Malay language technology publication Majalah Tech have announced a partnership that will see the two publishers bring content to digital, mobile and gaming enthusiasts across the nation.
 
Through this content partnership, Majalah Tech will deliver the latest information and reviews of newly-launched gadgets, product updates, interviews and articles to the Yahoo! Malaysia news site, Yahoo! said in a statement.
 
The agreement will also help drive additional traffic to Yahoo! and increase brand awareness for Majalah Tech among Yahoo!’s online audience, the companies said.
 
“Majalah Tech brings leading-edge, niche content to large Malay audiences interested in consumer tech product news,” said country editor of Yahoo! Malayasia, Marc Lourdes.
 
“This, combined with Yahoo!’s online reach of more than 70% and advanced targeting capabilities, will deliver the best experience for online audiences,” he claimed.
