ADA, a data and artificial intelligence (AI) company that designs and executes integrated digital, analytics, and marketing solutions appoints Suraj Gerard Sivaprasad (Suraj) (pic) as the Managing Director of ADA in Indonesia, effective January 2021.
Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Suraj is in charge of establishing ADA as the most reliable digital solutions partner to help businesses in the country navigate through digital transformation using technology, data and insights, combining them with powerful creative solutions.
“ADA is thrilled to have Suraj lead the Indonesia operations. He brings a wealth of experience in digital transformation and analytics, something urgently required by our clients as they navigate the current competitive digital landscape,” said CEO of ADA, Srinivas Gattamneni.
For businesses to win in 2021, there are several changes in mindset that needs to be applied, and that the future will go beyond mastering digital marketing skills. Thus, it is imperative to have a digital solutions partner who understands the right activation technology to produce audience insights; by using AI tools to propel velocity of content production; platforms to automate media planning workstreams; and to apply an integrated eCommerce enablement and digital strategy.
This is in line with the expertise Suraj brings to ADA in Indonesia and the region. His broad experience in the technology sector will help prepare the Indonesian market to adapt digital solutions as part of a business solution, in which Marketing Technology (MarTech) and eCommerce solutions play critical roles as part of ADA’s new offerings.
“I’m honoured to have been trusted to lead the team in one of our most diverse markets and I see huge potential for digital growth in Indonesia. Industry players need to understand digital transformation gradually. Furthermore, they may also need to start investing in advance technology, data, and eCommerce solutions to help them grow and deliver outcomes as these are the future of marketing,” said Suraj.
As digital transformation deals with large volumes of data, businesses need to be well prepared to collect, store, process, and make sense of all that data across the marketing and customer engagement funnel. “ADA remains committed to be the digital partner for its clients to support them in the adoption of data and AI, as well as MarTech, to engage and connect with their customers in the digital realm,” Srinivas added.
