Celcom introduces cloud gaming service

Celcom Axiata Bhd is roaring into the Year of the Tiger with the launch of Malaysia’s first-ever cloud gaming service, elevating Malaysian gamers’ experience to the next level.
In partnership with Radian Arc and Blacknut, customers can enjoy more than 400 premium cloud game titles across any platform or devices at only RM40 per month, without having to download huge software or purchase expensive hardware, the telco said in a statement.
Radian Arc and Blacknut cloud gaming solution uses GPU Edge technology and operator networks to process data as close to the end user as possible, Celcom said.
While competing cloud gaming platforms must accommodate different network requirements of each players’ service providers, Radian Arc and Blacknut can deliver consistent, high-quality entertainment to any customer, Celcom claimed.
