GoSwiff appoints Mark Patrick as new CEO

• Has held senior management roles at MasterCard and VeriFone
• GoSwiff looking to new leadership to take business to new levels

SINGAPORE-headquartered GoSwiff International has announced the appointment of Mark Patrick (pic) as its new chief executive officer, succeeding Simone Ranucci Brandimarte who has stepped down after two years in the role.
 
Patrick has a track record of managing global, high-growth fintech (financial technology) businesses, GoSwiff (formerly goSwiff) said in a statement.
 
He brings a great mix of leadership, inspiration, industry experience, technical knowledge, and passion to the business, the company added.
 
At GoSwiff, Patrick will focus on developing and launching new and unique payment solutions and services, leveraging on the latest advancements in mobile technologies.
 
“Now that GoSwiff has successfully gained recognition and established a foothold in the mobile payments industry, it is the ideal time for a new leadership team with a strong operational focus and experience in building advanced payment solutions to step in and take the business to new levels,” said GoSwiff chairman Maurice A. Amon.
 
Before joining GoSwiff, Patrick was Asia Pacific managing director for Ingenico ePayments, the online and mobile commerce division of Ingenico Group.
 
Prior to Ingenico, he founded Janus Payment Solutions, a consulting company concentrating on advising clients in electronic payment processing solutions, and had held various senior management roles at MasterCard Worldwide and VeriFone Inc.
