iProperty.com, IQI formalise commercial agreement

 

IPROPERTY.COM Malaysia announced that it has entered into a multi-million-ringgit commercial agreement with IQI Realty to drive the adoption of digital and non-digital marketing solutions and partner with its agents on their continued journey in a digital-first world.

The coming together of two market leaders, the first collaboration of its kind between a digital company and a real estate agency in Malaysia, will see IQI leverage on iProperty.com’s digital and non-digital solutions to better engage customers.

The deal will also involve equipping agents with access to data to help customers make accurate and informed property decisions.

Under the terms of the agreement, iProperty.com Malaysia will also work together with IQI in coming up with customised in-house training on how best to leverage on digital solutions and data insights to engage and serve their Malaysian customers.

This agreement, effective immediately will see iProperty.com and IQI set new benchmarks for cross-collaboration between partners in the real estate industry.

iProperty.com Malaysia and Singapore chief executive officer Haresh Khoobchandani said that the digital revolution is accelerating by the day and thought leader organisations are embracing technology to enhance the ways they can serve their customers.
