Kaspersky appoints Ernest Chai as Head of Channel for Asia Pacific

• Appointed in new position in April, tasked to expand channel ecosystem, drive growth
• Has 20 years of experience in IT industry with stints in Japan, ANZ, Greater China markets

Kaspersky, a cybersecurity company, has appointed Ernest Chai (pic) as the Head of Channel for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region from April 2023. 

As the new Head of Channel for Asia Pacific at Kaspersky, Chai aims to expand the company's channel ecosystem while driving growth across the region.

Chai's appointment is a step in Kaspersky's efforts to strengthen its regional presence.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Chai previously served as the Channel Director for the Storage Platforms & Solutions division of Dell Technologies in Asia Pacific and Japan. 

He has spent time in ANZ, SEA, and Greater China markets in various roles, including Channel leadership, Business Development, Sales, and Pre-sales.
