Microsoft Malaysia appoints Enterprise Commercial lead for Malaysia

  • Will be responsible for the transformation of Microsoft Malaysia’s sales teams
  • Further strengthen the partner ecosystem by helping them build a profitable business

MICROSOFT Malaysia has appointed Lim Bee Wah as its Enterprise Commercial lead for the subsidiary. Lim will deliver long term relationships and value to Microsoft’s Enterprise customers, while building the trusted digital transformation momentum for customers, partners and the company itself.

As a member of the Malaysia leadership team, Lim will be responsible for the transformation of Microsoft Malaysia’s sales teams including Relationship, Technical and Industry Sellers, to ensure they deliver value and satisfaction for all enterprise customers. Leading a team of talented individuals, Lim is dedicated to drive the enterprise customers and partner landscape to greater heights.

In addition, Lim will also further strengthen the partner ecosystem by helping them build a profitable business, enabling them to recognise and respond to new opportunities, and help them identify and connect new customers with market solutions and emerging technologies such as Artificial intelligence, IOT, machine learning etc.

She is tasked with building a robust environment for the sales team to continually achieve ambitions and foster talent. She will also empower cross-team orchestration, consistently showing up to the customers as One Microsoft.

A 30 years veteran in IT & Communication industries, Lim brings breadth and depth of enterprise experience in the sales management role having worked for HP/HPE then DXC Technology, in variety of management, sales, account management, consulting, delivery and support roles.

Her most recent role with DXC Technology was as the country managing director for Malaysia. During her time in HP prior to the merger, she held several roles as country general manager for Malaysia, Enterprise Services managing director, Enterprise Services Sales lead and Consulting & Integration country lead just to name a few.

Lim holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and enjoys reading and investing in stocks.
