Superceed appoints Matthew Barsing as CEO

Matthew Barsing has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of Superceed (M) Sdn Bhd a Malaysian Technology Company which has Transformed & Revolutionised Customer Experience in ASIA, through the development of Emotion AI, Software robotics, as well as AI for Sales Transformation and Talent Acquisition. 

Matthew who has lived and worked in Asia for over 18 years in leadership positions for various multinational and government agencies took over the leadership role earlier in Oct 2018. He is expected to helm the company on their next phase of expansion as the company looks to leverage of its position in the virtual contact centre space.

"Our technology is cutting edge and for some difficult to grasp but the focus will remain the same, driving profits for our customers. I am looking forward to leading our team as we enter the second phase of Superceed's expansion plan. We are the world's first and largest contact center aggregator and marketplace, this has placed Malaysia at the center of what is happening globally with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and customer experience," stated Barsing (pic).

Superceed Emotion AI addresses the four critical areas of a contact center i.e. Quality Monitoring, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Workforce Planning.
