TM Global, the domestic and international wholesale arm of Telekom Malaysia (TM), has announced a two-year extension of its collaboration with Radian Arc, a global cloud infrastructure provider. This continued partnership will focus on expanding TM’s cloud gaming services at the wholesale level.

Building on their successful 2022 collaboration, TM Global and Radian Arc will enhance Malaysia's cloud gaming landscape while expanding services to regions such as the Middle East and Africa. The extended agreement leverages Radian Arc’s GPU Edge technology and the low-latency SHAKS Gamepad controller developed by AKSys Co., ensuring a seamless gaming experience and boosting TM Global’s ability to offer high-quality, real-time applications.

The signing took place in Seoul, attended by Malaysia’s Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil. TM Global’s Executive Vice President, Khairul Liza Ibrahim, signed on behalf of TM, while Radian Arc was represented by CEO David Cook.

Khairul stated, "This collaboration with Radian Arc reinforces our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions for digital transformation. The versatility of GPU technology allows us to cater to diverse workloads and meet our customers’ evolving needs. We are excited to expand our collaboration with Radian Arc, which not only enhances our existing services but also creates opportunities to tap into new markets.”

The collaboration supports TM Global’s aim to explore innovative services such as Bandwidth-on-Demand and GPU-based solutions, enabling high-performance applications like AI inferencing, Large Language Model training, and Desktop-as-a-Service. These offerings will provide customers with scalable, cloud-based resources to drive digital innovation for their digital transformation journey.

David Cook, CEO of Radian Arc, said, "We are excited to extend our partnership with Telekom Malaysia, paving the way for services like GPU-as-a-Service and BoD. Together, we will enhance TM's offerings and expand into new regions, empowering businesses with the technology they need to thrive."

This collaboration aligns with TM’s strategic vision of becoming a Digital Powerhouse by 2030, fostering digital transformation across all sectors and positioning Malaysia as a key digital hub in Southeast Asia.
