DOCUMENT management solutions provider Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (Malaysia Operations) has launched its Versant 2100 Press, which it said caters to the needs of print professionals.
The digital full-colour press is aimed at the entry-level production colour market and is capable of printing up to 100 pages per minute (ppm), the company said in a statement.
The Versant 2100 Press comes with a new technology platform built for graphic communications specialists in the commercial print, quick print and in-plant market segments.
The new press was introduced at FujiXerox’s DocuWorld 2014 exhibition in Kuala Lumpur, which also marked the debut of the new president of Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (Malaysia Operations), Yoshio Hanada.
Hanada started his career with Fuji Xerox after his graduation in 1981 from Waseda University’s School of Education, majoring in Education, the company said.
