6) Is Digi’s ARPU at an all-time low?
Based on data available up to 2002, it is safe to say that Digi’s first quarter prepaid ARPU (average revenue per user, or in other words, how much its prepaid subscribers spent a month on average) has hit an all-time low of RM35 a month.
This was mainly driven by a few factors, such as more intense competition and price wars that drove prices and tariff downwards.
