Latest Samsung Galaxy M32 emphasises entertainment play

SAMSUNG has launched the Galaxy M32, the latest addition to its popular mid-range smartphone portfolio. 

In a statement, the company said the device features an impressive 64MP quad-camera, an optimised Helio G80 octa-core processor and a 6.4-inch FHD+ super AMOLED display with smooth 90Hz refresh rates.

This makes the Galaxy M32 an immersive, powerful experience for both creating and viewing content, it said.

“The Galaxy M32 creates a new benchmark for great value mid-range smartphones.

“Its design, features and capabilities enable users to have all-day entertainment and still stay connected while studying, working or playing,” said Edward Han, president of Samsung Malaysia Electronics.

Leading 64MP quad-camera

The Galaxy M32 features a powerful quad-camera to capture moments in stunning clarity both far away or up close, Samsung said.

The main 64MP camera lets users take ultra-sharp and bright pictures throughout the day, and the 8MP 123-degree ultra-wide lens is ideal for snapping shots of landscapes, it said.

The 2MP macro lens is ideal for taking close-up images, while the 2MP depth camera lets users take portrait shots with the background in soft blur. 

The phone's 20MP selfie camera does the trick to take sharp selfies for social media, it added.

The Galaxy M32 also comes with a slew of camera modes like hyperlapse, slow motion, food mode, pro mode, and AR zone to help users capture a specific mood or effect for their photos.

Power-packed performance

Built for busy users who multitask on the go, the M32 features a powerful octa-core Helio G80 processor that enables it to deliver a smooth performance even while juggling multiple apps.

Samsung said the smartphone also uses HyperEngine Game technology to switch between LTE and WiFi if it detects a slow Internet connection when the user is playing mobile games. 

The large 5,000 mAh battery on the Galaxy M32 takes the user through hours of entertainment and usage. Additionally, the Galaxy M32 supports 25W fast charging so that users can power through the day without a long recharge downtime.

For smartphone power users such as content creators, Samsung has expanded the storage up to 128GB for the new Galaxy M32, which also allows for extended memory of up to 1TB via an external memory card to meet the growing needs of mobile storage. 

Users can spend more time doing the things they love seamlessly as the phone is equipped with 8GB RAM.

To provide an immersive mobile experience for videos and games, the Galaxy M32 comes equipped with a 6.4-inch FHD+ super AMOLED Infinity-U Display screen, with a high 90Hz refresh rate and a brightness level of up to 800nits that stays clear even under bright sunlight.
