goSwiff launches new m-commerce platform

MOBILE commerce specialist goSwiff has launched an integrated m-commerce platform of payment solutions that it said would help businesses increase and streamline their mobile and online transactions.
The goSwiff mCommerce Platform is designed to maximise revenue and customer loyalty via the increasing number of channels through which customers make purchases today, the company said in a statement.
The platform offers a complete package of m-commerce solutions, from mPOS (mobile point-of-sale) and card-readers, to payment gateway and wallet applications.
The integrated m-commerce platform facilitates transactions at the physical point of sale; allows merchants to accept online payments; provides secure and fast payment processing; and offers various tools for digital loyalty and reward programmes, goSwiff said.
Security is provided via with multi-factor authentication, and the gateway ensures efficient payment processing, the company claimed.
The goSwiff mWallet not only helps merchants accept online payments, it also acts as a CRM (customer relationship management) and data analysis solution to boost customer engagement.
Retailers can explore trends such as customer spending patterns and other buyer behaviours to tailor their offerings, in turn increasing customer retention and loyalty.
“As an integrated, modular solution, our mCommerce Platform is incredibly easy to roll out to vertical merchants,” said goSwiff chief operating officer Etienne Van den Bogaert.
“Its versatility means it can be tailored to any business, and implemented easily into the existing IT infrastructure.”
