Endeavor Malaysia selects 8 companies for Scale Up by Endeavor Program Cohort 5

  • Participate in highly customized four-month program designed to boost growth

Endeavor Malaysia is excited to announce the eight shortlisted companies for Cohort 5 of the Scale Up by Endeavor Program. In partnership with Cradle via the MYStartup initiative and supported by Grab Malaysia, GX Bank and Amazon Web Services (AWS), this program is set to empower early-stage entrepreneurs across Malaysia.

Following the success in the previous four cohorts, supporting high-potential companies such as CapBay, Bloomthis, Kiddocare, HealthMetrics, TRAPO, Borong and many more, Endeavor Malaysia aims to continue to accelerate the ecosystem in nurturing more high-potential startups for the upcoming decade.

Scale Up by Endeavor is a set of programs designed to boost the trajectory of early-stage, high-potential entrepreneurs in 42 markets across the globe. Malaysia’s Scale Up by Endeavor program is designed with local expertise around the needs of the ecosystem, with a keen understanding of its unique market dynamics, investor landscape, and region-specific resources, as well as customization to the individual challenges and opportunities for each participating founder and company.

“The Scale Up by Endeavor program aims to provide curated mentorship, fosters an entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur community, and equips founders with the required resources to share Endeavor’s values and mission,” said Adlin Yusman, the Managing Director of Endeavor Malaysia. “I truly hope the selected companies will maximize the benefits of the highly customized four-month program and eventually progress into the Endeavor Entrepreneur track, which focuses on growing high-impact companies globally”, he added.

The shortlisted companies:

  1. Being Juice: Revolutionizing the beverage industry with tech-driven, natural, and affordable sugar-free beverage products. Making a healthy lifestyle both accessible and delicious.
  2. CloudJoi: The largest and fastest-growing ticketing platform for performing arts, culture, and live entertainment shows in Malaysia. Leading the way with over 200 arts organisers, CloudJoi offers innovative ticketing, live streaming, and on-demand services.
  3. Corroserv (M): Provides comprehensive engineering services in the field of corrosion control and composite repairs for over 30 years and has developed a wide range of innovative products. Corroserv has executed more than 300 projects in the Southeast/East Asia region.
  4. Hatio: A provider of omnichannel fulfillment services and technology, including fulfillment, warehousing and transportation, complemented by OMS and WMS software for high volume mid-market and enterprise brands.
  5. IGL Coatings: A dynamic startup revolutionizing the protective coatings industry. With cutting-edge technology and a passion for sustainability, redefining the standard for eco-friendly solutions that safeguard your assets while preserving the planet.
  6. Intlife Smart Home: A Klang Valley – Seremban – JB Smart Home solution that uses AI to create energy efficient homes to reduce electricity cost & carbon emission.
  7. MadCash: A Shariah-compliant fintech ecosystem builder, with a mission to convert one-time donations into a ‘perpetual donation’ with the concept of paying it forward. Enabling the seamless process of micro-funding application, approval, onboarding, disbursement and repayment monitoring.
  8. KontactApp: Digital platform connecting Oil & Gas project workers with companies.

All eight companies were selected based on three main Endeavor criterias: the entrepreneur, business and timing. As part of the Scale Up by Endeavor program, all selected companies will be supported by Endeavor’s network and experts with curated guidance in catalyzing their scaling journey, gain valuable market insights and experience customized plans and benefits based on their specific, unique, growth challenges for the next course of four months.

In addition to accessing Endeavor's network of over 70 seasoned mentors, selected entrepreneurs in Cohort 5 will benefit from guidance provided by executives from Grab Malaysia and GX Bank. These execs will contribute their unique expertise to mentor local entrepreneurs, further accelerating growth prospects.

Since launching its operations in Malaysia, Endeavor actively supports 104 companies, collectively generating billions in revenues with 20,000+ created in jobs since selection.
