Property portal 99.co celebrates 2nd anniversary with new app

• Startup claims 140K+ listings and 2K+ exclusive property agents on board
• 99Pro equips real estate agents with the latest data at their fingertips

 
SINGAPOREAN property portal 99.co recently celebrated its second anniversary with the launch of its mobile app for real estate agents, 99Pro.
 
In a statement, the company claimed it is Singapore’s fastest growing property portal, with over 140,000 listings and over 2,000 exclusive property agents.
 
“The reason I invested in 99.co is that it is the only real estate technology company that is serious in changing the way real estate is transacted – not just a mere portal with swaths of listings,” said Eduardo Saverin, Facebook cofounder and 99.co angel investor.
 
“99.co creates technology and harnesses data to help every stakeholder in the industry,” he said in the statement issued by the startup.
 
99.co said its mission is to empower users with the widest choice of listings, powerful data tools, and informative content to make important property decisions faster and easier.
 
The 99Pro app equips real estate agents with the latest and most comprehensive data at their fingertips, and allows them to focus on the real value-adding part of their work, it said.
 
Ultimately, agents are able to offer better service to their clients by presenting them with better property information – which in turn helps agents dole out the right advice, the company claimed.
 
99.co also announced the 99Business subscription plan at S$388 per annum, which allows property agents to upload up to 100 listings on 99.co; and the 99Premium plan priced at S$728 per annum which combines both 99Pro and 99Business packages. [S$1 = US$0.73]
 
“99Pro is set to usher in the era of mobile-tech empowered super-agents,” said 99.co cofounder and chief executive officer Darius Cheung.
 
“In pioneering map and travel time-based searches on 99.co, we realised real estate agents who do not embrace cutting-edge technology will be displaced by agents who retain relevancy and competitiveness by arming themselves with the latest digital tools,” he declared.
