6th ISES to focus on energy transition

• Opportunity to showcase Malaysian sustainable energy solutions
• WIll feature trade programme and business matching sessions

The 6th International Sustainable Energy Summit (ISES) 2024 is scheduled for August 20-21, 2024, at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) with the theme “Accelerating Energy Transition Through Innovation”.

The summit will include plenary sessions and workshops led by experts in the energy sector, exploring a range of topics, including green mobility, grid modernisation, and the integration of ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) principles into investment and financing strategies. The event will also underscore the importance of developing new energy technologies and nurturing young talent to ensure a robust future for the energy sector.

Amongst the lineup of speakers are Dr Amir Hisham Hashim, the general manager for Asia of PSC Singapore; Hairol Azizi Tajudin, group CEO of Cenergi-SEA Berhad; Khairuddin Mohd Hussin, CEO of Concord Green Energy Sdn Bhd; and Dr Graeme Hutchison, principal consultant Strategic Advisory from PSC UK Ltd.

Organised by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia, hosted by the Ministry of Energy Transition and Water Transformation (PETRA), and managed by Qube Integrated Malaysia Sdn. Bhd, the summit will also feature an exhibition space to showcase the latest sustainable energy solutions, with trade programmes and business matching sessions designed to stimulate collaboration and strategic partnerships.
