To BYOD or not to BYOD
The days of organizations mandating what devices employees can use are over. Today’s digital natives are demanding that their organizations allow them to bring their own gadgets, such as smartphones, tablets and laptops, to the workplace. Organizations would have to embrace these new realities in order to attract talent, which is instrumental in infusing innovation into an organization.
Citrix Q2 earnings led by Asia Pacific growth
Citrix says that Asia Pacific continues to lead revenue growth after it achieved US$615 million in revenue for the second quarter of 2012, compared to US$531 million in Q2 of fiscal 2011, representing 16% growth. Asia Pacific revenues hit US$66 million,  a 24% increase  compared to Q2 FY2011, outpacing other regions, with the Americas growing at 11% and EMEA at 21%.
