arcserve spreads its wings as an independent company
Not long after it unveiled a fresh corporate identity and its new Unified Data Protection (UDP) platform, news emerged in August that arcserve will now be a standalone company, following the completion of its sale to Marlin Equity Partners, a global investment firm with over US$3 billion of capital under its management.
