Jakarta-based online grocery company HappyFresh said it has completed a Series A funding round led by Vertex Ventures, the venture arm of Singapore’s Temasek Holdings, and Sinar Mas Digital Ventures, the venture arm of Sinar Mas Group of Indonesia.
