In tandem with the company’s vision for the Software-defined Data Center (SDC), VMware has announced the availability of its VMware vCloud Suite 5.1, which the company claims is the first solution to deliver the SDC. The vCloud Suite integrates VMware’s virtualization, cloud infrastructure and management portfolio into a single SKU (stock keeping unit).
