Tune Talk selects Flytxt customer value management solutions

Tune Talk selects Flytxt customer value management solutionsDUTCH mobile consumer analytics solutions provider Flytxt announced that Malaysian mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) Tune Talk has opted for its customer value management (CVM) solutions.
 
Financial terms were not disclosed. These CVM solutions will help the telco enhance its customer lifecycle value by delivering personalised and real-time contextual engagement, Flytxt said in a statement.
 
“We have always emphasised the goal of creating a uniquely personalised experience for all our customers,” said Tune Talk chief executive officer Jason Lo (pic).
 
“In our sixth year of business, it is time to take another big leap in ensuring the goal is met and is in tune with the current demands of our customers.
 
“The partnership between Tune Talk and Flytxt shall allow us to understand our customers better, further tailoring the services and offers in real-time, fitting their usage behaviour and contextual needs,” he added.
 
Flytxt said it partners with enterprises in their digital transformation journey, helping them to offer personalised lifestyle experiences to consumers over digital touch points.
 
Tune Talk selects Flytxt customer value management solutionsIts CVM solutions make use of packaged analytical models to derive deeper customer insights from diverse data sources. These insights help to create ‘actionable nano-segments,’ ensuring that the right offers are delivered to customers based on their demographic profiles and usage patterns.
 
“This partnership marks our foray into the South-East Asian market,” said Flytxt senior vice president of global sales Hetarth Patel (pic).
 
“Flytxt expects to generate more than 5% economic impact month-on-month for Tune Talk with its CVM solutions,” he added.
 
Tune Talk, officially launched in August 2009, claims to have 1.5 million subscribers.
 
Flytxt has its headquarters in The Netherlands, a corporate office in Dubai, and a presence in Paris, London, Trivandrum, Mumbai, Singapore, Johannesburg, Nairobi, and Mexico City.
