Exabytes partners Freshworks to power SMEs with customer engagement tools

Exabytes Network Sdn Bhd (Exabytes) and US-headquartered Freshworks Inc (Freshworks), a cloud based customer engagement software company, has announced a partnership to help small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) win customers and grow their business. Through this partnership, Exabytes will offer a suite of innovative customer engagement software from Freshworks together with a host of its existing solutions including web hosting, email and digital marketing, as a one-stop solution provider of cloud-based services for SMEs. 

A strategic alliance partnership agreement was inked between Chan Kee Siak, chief executive officer and founder of Exabytes and Anand Venkatraman, vice president of global partnerships at Freshworks. The ceremony was witnessed by Norhizam Abdul Kadir, vice president of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in an event held on 2 October 2019 in Kuala Lumpur.

“Exabytes and Freshworks share a common goal to help SMEs grow their business. Our company has been using the Freshdesk software from Freshworks for three years now to manage customer inquiries and we are very impressed with its capabilities. Therefore, we’ve decided to establish a partnership with Freshworks so that we can make available its innovative products to SMEs in Malaysia,” said Chan. 

“We are thrilled to partner with Exabytes and provide businesses with customer engagement software that is simple to use, easy to deploy and light on the pocket. Exabytes empowers businesses to move online and this partnership helps meet demands of customers who want powerfully simple software for meaningful customer interactions with context,” adds Anand.

To kick-off the partnership, Exabytes will begin offering four products from Freshworks that are suitable for use by SMEs in any industry.

●             Freshchat—modern messaging software for sales, marketing, and support

●             Freshsales—CRM solution and sales system for high-velocity sales teams

●             Freshmarketer—all-in-one conversion optimization suite
