6Biz Group launches all-in-one smart office platform GoKudos

MALAYSIAN business solutions startup 6Biz Group has launched GoKudos, a product that it claims is the first locally-developed all-in-one smart office platform.
GoKudos said it enables businesses to automate their operational processes, which can help reduce redundancies and wastages in operation while increasing efficiency. The platform meant that businesses no longer need to subscribe to multiple smart-office solutions, as GoKudos also helps provide cost-efficiency and convenience, 6Biz said in a statement.
The smart automation platform offers three main solutions: Task Management, an automated task reminder system allowing users to set automated reminders for themselves, their colleagues and their clients.
Next is Document Management, a feature that allows users to save their documents in a centralised cloud storage. Finally, is the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Debt Collector, which touts the ability to remind clients for payments without the need for users to keep contacting them.
According to 6Biz, the platform underwent thorough research and development (R&D) with Mimos Bhd, the government agency under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry, prior to launch. There was also pilot testing conducted with real users.
6Biz claims its solution has proven to save up to 8% time on document searching, 25% time on follow up with team and client and 5% time on payment collection and 12% time on internal communication.
“It has always been our mission to develop a one-login automated platform to coordinate workflows, communicate with teams and collect payments. The pandemic amplified the need for digitalisation of businesses and accelerated GoKudos to deploy our affordable remote work-ready cloud solution,” said Vimmy Yap, founding chairman of 6Biz Group (pic).
She added that its solution is in line with MyDigital’s ambitions to develop Malaysia into a digitally-driven, high-income nation and will support businesses on their road to recovery.
According to 6Biz, GoKudos is founded and managed by non-IT professionals. This, the startup said, gives them an advantage as it enables them to use their own prior user experience to create solutions that fit everyone and other non-IT professionals, putting them in users' shoes.
