Illegear evolves its gaming offering with the Q5 Evo

PC GAMING can be expensive especially if you are just starting out. Fortunately, Malaysian gaming equipment maker Illegear introduced its new entry-level gaming laptop the Q5 Evo.
The combination of Intel’s 7th generation Kabylake processors and Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1050/ GTX 1050Ti graphics pushes the boundaries of what can be achieved on a gaming laptop.
Sporting a stylish yet slim design and weighing 2.2kg, the Q5 Evo’s is a dedicated gaming laptop that you can easily take with you on the go.
The Q5 Evo is armed with an Intel Core i5-7300HQ processor and Nvidia GTX1050 4GB GDDR5 by default that is sufficient to play new triple A game titles at medium to high settings while normal games like DOTA 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and League of Legends can be run at ultra-settings.
Choose your weapons wisely and customise your keyboard the way you play. The Q5 Evo’s customisable macro colour back-lit keyboard is gorgeous with changing colours and glow effects.
The Q5 Evo comes equipped with Windows 10 Home by default, a premium 15.6inch full HD IPS display, two M.2 PCIe SSD slots for expandable storage, fingerprint reader for added security and five UBS ports including one USB Type-C.
According to Illegear, the laptop is available to order now in four variants with prices starting at RM3,999 for the base model.
