Sophos rolls out partner programme for managed service providers

- Designed to help MSP partners manage and grow their businesses
- Makes offering IT security as a service easier and more profitable
SOPHOS has announced Complete MSP Security, its new partner programme for managed service providers that would align their business and technical needs to bring complete security services to market.
Sophos Complete MSP Security is the first MSP-focused solution to offer complete protection for networks, endpoints and mobile devices from a single vendor, Sophos said in a statement.
Complete MSP Security makes offering IT security as a service easier and more profitable, the company claimed.
MSPs can offer a full range of IT security services that provide instant credibility and proven protection, including centralised management that allows them to easily manage all of their customers’ locations at no extra charge.
With Sophos’ new self-provisioning MSP licensing, the programme offers compelling usage-based pricing and pay-as-you-go monthly billing, and it requires no up-front commitments – a business model demanded by today’s MSPs that had gone unmet until now, Sophos said.
“We developed Sophos Complete MSP Security in close collaboration with our MSPs, which wanted a solution that met their customers’ security needs, optimised cash flow and increased revenue potential – a value proposition previously unavailable in the market,” said Mike Valentine (pic), senior vice president, worldwide sales and channel, Sophos.
“As a channel-first company, the goal of this programme – from its inception – has been to make it easy for MSPs to manage and grow their businesses with us, and we believe [it] will result in tremendous growth for them,” he added.
