Aerodyne Group, a Malaysia-headquartered international DT3 (Drone Tech, Data Tech, and Digital Transformation) solutions provider, has launched its Central Asian push with the establishment of Aerodyne Caspian LLP.

As part of Aerodyne’s continued global market expansion, the new entity, Aerodyne Caspian, has been formed through an equity joint-venture agreement between Aerodyne Group and two Kazakh-registered drone and logistics companies – AT&T LLP and A Service Group LLP. This makes Kazakhstan the 35th country Aerodyne has a market presence in.

Aerodyne Caspian will see Aerodyne extend its AI-based drone solutions portfolio to potential customers in Kazakhstan. The wealth of experience that Aerodyne Group will bring to the developing drone market of Kazakhstan will be bolstered through the professional standards already established by its local partners under the expertise of Andy Walters, managing director, Aerodyne Caspian.

Moving forward, Aerodyne Caspian will combine smart drone technologies and powerful AI-based data analytics to provide an end-to-end cloud-based asset management solution, “vertikaliti”, to businesses across industries, including energy, utilities, renewables, oil and gas, solar, and infrastructure.

“As the leading provider of premium, turnkey aerial inspection solutions across the world, Aerodyne Group’s solution stack will add tremendous value to Aerodyne Caspian. We are poised to become the market leader right from the start,” declares Walters, who has worked in Kazakhstan since 1998 and is well-versed with the idiosyncrasies of the local market.

Kamarul A Muhamed, Aerodyne Group founder and Group CEO, adds, “We are delighted to offer our strong support to Aerodyne Caspian with an aim to disrupt and uplift the Kazakh drone market. Aerodyne’s solutions are already delivering significant performance improvement and cost optimisation in 35 countries across the world and now we are excited to provide additional value to forward-looking enterprises across Central Asia.”
