IBPO Group Berhad (IBPO) and TIME dotCom Berhad (Time) have partnered to enhance the fusion financial landscape by implementing robust data security measures through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaboration, aimed at strengthening and future-proofing data security for fusion finance, involves hosting IBPO’s fusion financial system and Anika, Malaysia’s first AI-powered virtual financial consultant chatbot, on Time’s secured network environment.

The chatbot enables customers to check their bank loan eligibility, potential monthly savings, financial health scores, and receive personalized financial solutions tailored to their individual needs.

  1. Established Security Compliance: IBPO’s services will operate in a secured environment on Time’s triple MEF-certified network, meeting Bank Negara Malaysia’s risk management in technology policy.
  2. Secure and Scalable Cloud Hosting: To ensure a stable and scalable hosting environment specifically for IBPO’s AI-powered technology system and tools with Time’s digital expertise in cloud hosting and cybersecurity services.
  3. Broadband Service Excellence: Delivering top-tier internet connectivity services for seamless operations for IBPO.
  4. Robust Data Security Measures: Both IBPO and Time are committed to upholding the highest standards of data security to safeguard customers’ information, privacy, and financial data.
